City of Wilmington makes a good decision
I was pleased to hear The City of Wilmington has decided to back down on the taxing of all S Corporation income as wages subject to Wilmington City Wage Tax. This is a smart decision because it was my view that the decision would have driven business from the City. I am amazed that they got it right and the tax man will be held at bay - at least for now. We will see what they come up with next.
