Senate Passes 1099 Repeal Amendment

Here is some great news for Small Business. It looks like the 1099 rules which were originally included in Obamacare are on the way to be repealed. The requirement to send a 1099 to anyone with spending in excess of $600 was very excessive and would have placed an undue hardship on small business.
